Who operates CrezzioWorld, how this site may be used and the rules governing electronic purchases.

01.01

Identity

This website and digital store are operated by Albert Crezzio, representing the commercial project Crezzio Labs, with commercial address at C/ Castelao 8, 29004, Málaga. General contact: info@albertcrezzio.com.

01.02

Purpose and scope

CrezzioWorld presents the professional work of Albert Crezzio and provides access to Crezzio LAB, an online store for downloadable presets, LUTs, PowerGrades and associated digital materials. Accessing the site implies acceptance of this notice; purchases are additionally governed by the Terms, Digital Refund Policy and Product Licence.

Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the site design, photographs, videos, texts, branding, product previews and downloadable files are protected by intellectual-property law. Browsing or purchasing does not transfer ownership of those rights.

01.04

Electronic contracting

Before placing an order, customers can review products, prices and entered data, correct errors through the cart and checkout, and accept the applicable terms. Order confirmation is sent electronically and the transaction is recorded in the customer account when one exists. Contracts are concluded in the language presented during checkout.

01.05

Liability and availability

Reasonable measures are taken to keep the site secure and available. Temporary interruptions, third-party failures or compatibility issues outside the specifications published for each product cannot be completely excluded. Nothing in this notice limits mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts determined by applicable consumer and procedural law.

Data controller

The controller is Albert Crezzio, representing Crezzio Labs, reachable at info@albertcrezzio.com and the commercial address stated in the Legal Notice.

02.02

Data processed

Depending on your interaction, we process identification and contact data, billing information, orders, purchased licences, downloads, account credentials, support requests, verified reviews, technical security records and consent preferences. Card details are processed by the selected payment provider and are not stored in full by Crezzio LAB.

02.03

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to perform the purchase contract, deliver files, maintain the customer archive, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with tax and accounting duties, manage reviews and—only with valid consent—send marketing communications or activate non-essential analytics.

02.04

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, email-delivery, payment, security, analytics and professional-service providers acting under appropriate agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, an applicable adequacy mechanism or recognised safeguards must be used.

02.05

Retention

Orders and invoices are retained for legally required accounting and tax periods. Account data remains while the account is active; support and security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary; consent records are retained to demonstrate compliance. Data is then deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@albertcrezzio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority.

Security

Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are applied according to risk. No online system is completely invulnerable; users should protect their credentials and notify support of suspected unauthorised access.

03.01

What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies store or read information on a device. Some are technically necessary for cart, checkout, account security, language and consent preferences; others may measure usage or support external media.

03.02

Essential cookies

Strictly necessary cookies may operate without consent because the service requested cannot work correctly without them. This includes session, cart, authentication, security and cookie-preference storage. They are not used to create advertising profiles.

03.03

Optional cookies

Analytics, advertising or non-essential third-party media must remain disabled until the visitor gives valid consent. The final cookie table will be generated from the services actually enabled in production, including provider, purpose, duration and whether the cookie is first or third party.

Your choice

The consent interface must offer “Accept” and “Reject” with equal prominence and allow granular configuration. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the persistent cookie-settings control without affecting prior lawful processing.

Browser controls

Browsers also allow cookies to be viewed, deleted or blocked. Blocking essential storage may prevent the cart, checkout or customer account from working correctly.

04.01

Digital delivery

Crezzio LAB products are digital content supplied without a physical medium. Access is normally enabled once payment is confirmed and is provided through the confirmation page, transactional email and customer archive where applicable.

04.02

No voluntary refunds after delivery

Crezzio LAB does not offer voluntary refunds, exchanges or returns once access to a digital product has been enabled or the download has begun. Before payment, the customer expressly requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges that beginning delivery causes the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal. This consent is recorded with the order and confirmed electronically.

04.03

Defective or non-conforming content

Loss of withdrawal rights does not remove mandatory remedies for digital content that is defective, corrupted or materially inconsistent with the published description. The customer must first contact support@albertcrezzio.com or use the Support page. Crezzio LAB will prioritise diagnosis, renewed download access, delivery of a clean replacement package, compatibility guidance or a corrected version. A price reduction or termination is not offered as a voluntary commercial remedy and will arise only where strictly required by applicable non-waivable law after conformity cannot be restored within the legally applicable conditions.

04.04

Compatibility and change of mind

Supported applications, versions, formats and installation requirements are stated on each product page. No refund is offered for a change of mind, failure to read the published requirements, use with unsupported software, lack of the necessary technical knowledge or dissatisfaction based solely on personal aesthetic preference, without prejudice to non-waivable statutory rights.

04.05

Duplicate and accidental orders

Contact support promptly if the same product was purchased twice or a clear checkout error occurred. Each case will be reviewed using the order and download record. Chargebacks should not replace the support process where an issue can be resolved directly.

04.06

Resolution procedure

Open a verified support request from My Account or the Support page. Include the order number, exact filename, product, software version, operating system, error message and supporting screenshots. Support will inspect the delivered package and respond with the appropriate technical resolution; the support form is the designated route for reporting digital non-conformity.

Usage rights — 05

Product licence.

A practical licence for professional creators: broad use in finished work, strict protection of the source files.

05.01

Licence grant

Each valid purchase grants the named customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and worldwide licence to install and use the purchased presets, LUTs, PowerGrades and included materials in accordance with the product description. Ownership remains with Crezzio LAB and its licensors.

05.02

Permitted use

You may use the tools in unlimited personal and commercial finished works, including photography, films, advertising, commissioned projects, social content and client deliverables. You may modify settings and grades as part of your creative workflow. Finished flattened or rendered work may be delivered to clients.

05.03

Prohibited use

You may not resell, share, sublicense, upload, distribute, gift or make the source files available to another person; include them in a competing product, template or stock asset; publish substantially extractable versions; claim authorship; or use the files to train or assemble a competing preset, LUT or PowerGrade library.

05.04

Teams and clients

A single-user purchase covers one natural person across their own devices. Another editor, employee, collaborator or client who needs direct access to the source files requires their own licence unless a separate team licence is expressly offered.

05.05

Updates and support

Updates and support apply to the original purchaser while the relevant service remains available and the licence is used lawfully. Product evolution may change compatibility requirements; archived versions are not guaranteed indefinitely unless expressly stated.

05.06

Termination

The licence terminates automatically after a material breach. The user must then delete all source copies, while lawfully exported finished works created before termination may remain in use unless they themselves infringe these terms.
